To request a refund, simply contact our friendly support team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to assist you with the return process and answer any questions you may have. In order to qualify for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition, with all packaging and materials included. Please note that return shipping fees will apply for all refunds.

If the item has already been shipped or you wish to return the item, a 25% restocking fee will be charged in addition to the cost of shipping. This means that the refund amount will be equal to the purchase price minus the cost of shipping and the 25% restocking fee.
